Getting about their house and performing those daily tasks can be tough or impossible without help.
Being faced with constant challenges every day simply trying to live independently is a significant problem for people with disabilities and the elderly, who often already have to deal with illness, pain and isolation.

The Disabilities Facilities Grants can provide you with up to £30,000 of financial assistance to adapt your home.
